Free return within 7 days for unused and sealed products

If the product you received is unused and still sealed, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. The product should be in the same condition you received it and must be in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to request a return

To return a product, follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions
3. Pack the item carefully with all accessories and documents in the original packaging
4. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package
5. Ship the item to the return address shared by our team

Refund process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within a few business days.
